On the afternoon of Wednesday the 16th, a ground breaking took place on American Legion Blvd. for the new Desert Sage health center. Desert Sage Health Centers (DSHC) CEO Mary Ferguson stood atop the tread of a bulldozer as she spoke to the onlooking crowd. She shared her excitement for the project which was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and its detrimental impacts to the non-profits funds.
