Katy Perry made her Country Music Awards debut last night and she didn’t disappoint.
The pop star stole the show during her duet with Thomas Rhett and in a Today exclusive, she chatted to Dean McCarthy about her performance on the red carpet.
“It’s a beautiful song about not every day is going to be the greatest day or even when you’ve done so much and been through so much you still have these moments that aren’t the best, but you can take a moment and look at all this other beauty I have created around me and have some gratitude,” Perry said.

And Snoop Dogg is trading in his studio for a set, the rapper collaborating with Universal Pictures on a biopic.
His newly formed Death Row Pictures is on board to co-produce the movie.
He has also promised that the film will include all of his greatest hits.

And John Wick is back.
In the new trailer, it looks like Keanu Reeves will be facing his biggest challenge yet.
John Wick: Chapter 4 hits cinemas in March next year.
